I didn’t realize how difficult it would be select a favorite character. Merlin the Magician is one of my favorite legendary characters.
Oooo… Merlin’s a good one.
Dani, I loved doing this letter- so much fun. Thanks for having me!
Thanks so much for including me in the tour!
I’m so glad I got to be a part of promoting your fabulous series!
I loved the idea of a child’s suit of armor and sword, I can picture a cute toddler barely able to move like one in a snowsuit.
The stories of Hercules were always interesting to me as a child. I later enjoyed the loose interpretation of them on the tv show while appreciating the eye candy that is Kevin Sorbo.

Hercules. Yes, good favorite
Personally, I liked Brad Pitt as Hercules better… but then I never watched Sorbo’s show. I did watch Adromeda though, and I’ll admit he’s got a certain appeal. lol
I have always been a big fan of mythology and I remember very well when I started learning it in school, and it quickly became one of my favorite classes at that time. Though there is so much I love, I always have a fondness for Athena for some reason. In fact, a good friend and I rescued 2 dogs and we named the girl Athena

Mythological names or obscure Sci-Fi references make the best pet names in my opinion… lol. If I ever get the dog I’ve been wanting since I was five, I’m going to name it Crichton. lol Athena is a great favorite
Not participating (what with living in Spain and all) but commenting anyway, since myth must be my favorite topic ever.
I’m infatuated with all Celtic folk stories. Particularly the Selkies – seal shape shifting faeries from the Unseelie Court. And I’d love to see a book with a male Kelpie character on it one day…
Yeah. Had to wikipedia that one too… lol. But both Kelpies and Selkies sound REALLY interesting.
I’ve always loved the Legends of Arthur as well as Greek mythology – the stories are just so fun to read! I especially love stories concerning Athena and Aphrodite.
tirachii(at)yahoo(dot)com
The Aurthurian legend is always a good favorite… so romantic. TBS includes both Aphrodite and Camelot 😉
I think my favorite mythological figure would have to be Medusa. She scared the heck out of me when I was younger. One year did not have much money for costumes and my mom found a Medusa mask. I scared all the other kids with it. I thought it was funny.
This is a new author and series for me. I love mythology and ancient times. I would love to win and read these books. would love to win the kindle.
christinebails(at)yahoo(dot)com
Medusa is a good choice… definitely scary and her story such a tragic one. Sidenote…. I edited out your mailing address just to keep your privacy…private… lol. I will email the winner for their address
Good luck in the giveaways!
oOoh this sounds really cool! I had seen the covers before but never really checked into what it was about! Great post!

Xpresso Reads
Thanks Giselle!
These are really cool books. Just a lot of interesting twists and developments you don’t normally see in YA.
My favorite is the story of Eros (cupid) & Psyche.
Very good choice. Have you read Destined by Jessie Harrell yet?
I haven’t seen these books before, but after seeing them here I’ll have to see if the local library has some, if not, well I guess Amazon is calling my name!
These are great books, and also independently published… so they probably are not at your public library. But you could always request them and see if your library would order them… or win them here… or visit Amazon 😉
Am I missing something? There was no place to leave my mailing address on the rafflecopter form.
I’m not sure. I didn’t create the Rafflecopter form and so don’t have access to check on that, but I did forward your concern on to the people in charge
My favorite myth would have to be the story of Cupid (Eros) and Psyche. Their love is so strong it out wins the goddess of love, herself! It’s one of my favorite stories. I also love Aphrodite! She proves girl power! 😉
I LOVE this series and have never won anything before! I would be so honored to win! Please consider me…
I love all the Greek and Roman gods and those myths.
I’ve always loved the story of The Monkey King. He’s just such a hilarious character. He’s so powerful and he loves to give the other gods a hard time. No one can control him and he lives to defy the gods. I love the version where he’s a trickster and loves to play jokes and never takes anything seriously.
I love the letter it is very interesting.
There was no place to leave my mailing addy in the Rafflecopter form but I will leave my email to be contacted for the mailing addy I hope this does not disqualify me. These books sound awesome.
It’s been a problem. I’ve let the the girls over at Kismet know that it hasn’t been working
oops I should have left this in the last comment sry. I love Aphrodite she is awesome. and for creatures I like Dragons if they count.
berrylicious_cutie(at)hotmail(.)com
I love the myths of hercules and the hydra and also theseus and the minotaur
I’ve always liked dragons. The ones that can fly and the ones that can’t. Imagining all the beautiful colors they would be. Fire-breathing and ice-breathing. It would be so neat to be able to take a ride on a flying dragon.
I LOVE the legends about Finn McCool and the forming of the Giant’s Causeway in Northern Ireland. I actually got a chance to visit the causeway, and it’s incredible to see! It’s pretty neat to think that a giant created the beautiful basalt columns. 😉
I think my favorite is the Siren! It’s just intriguing! But I really wasn’t into mythology until I started reading Courtney’s books, but I know enough to know I would probably die if I ever came in contact with it 😀

This series looks really good and I love stories based on mythology. I don’t have any one favorite. I love Arthur & Merlin, Norse myths like Thor, Greek myth stories like Jason & Hercules, Sinbad and Ali Baba.
Thanks for the excerpt and for the giveaway opportunity.
Rafflecopter did not have a place for my mailing address so if I win, I can send it to you easily- just not comfortable putting it here.
sophiarose1816@gmail.com
My favorite would have to be Isis. =)
Thanks so much for the chance! =)
Thanks for the great giveaway! My favorite is the story of Icarus!
My favorite is Merlin, partially because of the BBC series
I love magic!
I just wanted to stop by and say that I LOVE Harmonia’s letter

I love being introduced to new books and this sounds really interesting! Awesome giveaway!
I’d have to say Atlantis but with regards to specific characters … Poseidon, Hades and Nix are probably my favorites from Greek mythology.
Great letter and excerpt! Thank you for the giveaway!

My favourite is the story of Echo and Narcissus
I love Celtic mythology, my favorite goddess is Anu and my favorite myth is ‘The Harp of the Dagda’.
Morganlafey86(at)aol(dot)com
Oh, to have to narrow it down. I think I love the Arthurian legends the best. Knights in shining armor, secret loves, quests. Camelot. Magic. I love all that stuff. I also love the story of Tristan and Isolde. And then all the Greek gods and goddesses. I told you I couldn’t narrow it down!
