The weirdest thing I saw was a skeleton dressed up as Santa!
Although it was kinda cool:)
my dog is prego and she’s laying on me.. i’m kinda scared shes gonna have puppies on me.
Ummm..I don’t really have a truly weird story to tell, but “they” put lights on a huge bridge near our town. So at night, it looks like the bridge is on fire. It alternates between green and red for Christmas
The punching of the gingerbread house? lol that commercial cracks me up and it looks like fun!
On one of my cousins facebook, she had a picture where a house had put DITTO with lights next to a house that was fully decorated in Christmas lights.
A fruit cake. Seriously, those things wig me out! I mean I KNOW what they are supposed to have in them..but do they really look legit to anyone? Nope!
Speaking of candy, I’ve seen a reindeer dispenser which poops out the candy. I am serious! It’s pretty gross.
Thanks for the giveaway!
I find this weird: The first Christmas after I was married, we were sitting around the table opening presents and I pulled my gift from the bag that I got from my MIL and it was a couple pairs of underwear! My BIL was sitting right there too and I was so incredibly embarassed. She did it the following year as well but luckily I saw them in the gift bag before I could pull them out in front of th whole family. WHY?! *facepalm* LOL
I love angels and myth and haven’t read any of those books! Thanks for the giveaway! And happy holidays!
I don’t think I have seen anything weird related to christmas
I don’t think I’ve ever heard or seen anything weird about the holidays. Maybe just the strange conversations that come up with all of the family together, but nothing really weird lol.
Thanks for the giveaway, though
I really dont have anything odd
Hmm, I don’t know if this really qualifies, but when I was checking my email the other week there was an article about the Kardashians “holiday card”. They’re all in black or gray and no smiles. Sad day for them.
P.S. I am not a fan of the Kardashians, they just happened to pop up on my screen.
Can’t really think of anything, Christmas is not something I get really anxious about until the day is actually here.
In high school we were studying “Tale of Two Cities”, so when it came time to make gingerbread houses, we made a “Tale of Two Cities” themed one. Complete with blood running in the street, the knitting needles, and a guillotine!
Awesome! Thanks so much!
One of David Sedaris’s stories about Christmas. So funny and wrong!
I guess this can be weird/amusing but there are some Santa news where criminals dress up as Santa and cause mishief.
Well, I’ve heard that once they did a population count in Europe and North America and based on that – on Christmas Eve of that year, Santa Claus would have to visit all 42,466,666 by a 12-hour period — that’s 983 homes per second! Wow Santa works fast !
The only thing that I can think of that was strange was the idiot who tried to steal toys from a couple of marines. He had to know he wasn’t going to win that fight.
Haha they have reindeer toys that poop jelly beans! I laughed so hard. That’s not really all that weird…I guess…well..yeah Happy Holidays! =D
I was at the local market the other day and I saw pasta. But it wasn’t just any pasta. It was pasta with candy cane stripes on it. “Holiday Edition.” I thought it was the strangest thing ever.
Christmas toilet paper? I understand the napkins for holiday parties, but not so much for the restroom.
Weirdest thing…One year my dad who was out of him mind when he seen this. Got me a mickey mouse out of the ugliest gold cup/stein/not sure with these is, big, green, might be leafs, but we are still not sure till this day ornament. I have no idea what it’s supposed to be. But he know I love all things Disney so he got it for me. I still have this thing even tho no one has been able to identify it.
Merry Christmas!!
Mary
I remember when they first brought out the animated christmas item. I recall the tree the sang. That was just weird to me when I was younger. It kind of freaked me out, then it started to get annoying.
What a great giveaway. Lots of fantastic books that I would love to win and read.
The wierdest thing I’ve seen is a pickle ornament. I am just speechless. I can’t figure out the purpose. Thanks for the giveaway! I hope you have a pickle free holiday!
My cousin getting girly underwear for Christmas. I think it was a joke, but no one claimed it. 😀
The raindeer poop chocolates – actually are choc. covered raisins.
Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.
Wierdest was when we did White Elephant gift exchange and someone brought ‘road kill’ wrapped in trash bag.
ive seen a few scary, hideous sweaters. lol beyond that, i dont think ive seen anything. happy holidays and thank you for the awesome contest!

Well me and my friend saw this video on youtube a few years ago of someone flickering the Christmas lights on their house to a song and ever since we have been trying to do it with the decorations on his house. We keep messing up but its so much fun. Its become like our little tradition now cause it just makes us smile and laugh so much.
Wow, i honestly have been dying to get my hands on a copy of halo!! great selection of books!! 😀
Honestly Christmas isn’t widely celebrated here so nothing weird, but i love the decorations and lights!
Thanks for the giveaway! 😀
Um… there’s this really pathetic erm, “statue” near our house. I think it’s supposed to be of Mary and Joseph. But seriously- I can’t find the words to describe it. It’s like a giant stick figure. A very weird giant stick figure.
Hmm…I really don’t have anything weird but one Christmas my brother and sister got into a fight and fell into the tree. Not weird but definitely funny well at least for those not in the tree.
One of the weirdest thing I’ve heard was my boyfriend who told me he’s gonna spend Christmas with his family and I should spend Christmas with mine…. Yeah well he’s not my boyfriend anymore, I told him to Fu%*&$%*K OFF! LOL Sorry! Thanks for this giveaway!
Weirdest thing I’ve seen was driving pass a house with a house filled (I mean completely filled) with decorations. I understand if it looks nice, but this house was too obnoxious and the lights will turn on and off brightly. I honestly don’t know what the owners were thinking… Let’s just say it was the worst Christmas decorations I’ve ever seen in my life.
I have a weird tradition: My brother once burped so loud that the bear on top of the christmas tree moved, now every year when we go to that house he tries to make the bear move by burping!
One of my BF’s neighbors has lights all over the outside of their house and several inflatable items on their lawn, but the disturbing thing is when they turn on the music and the lights start flashing along with the music….it sounds kinda cool, but it’s more like a torture device, lol.
I really don’t have any weird story to tell about Christmas. Tore923@aol.com
On the rafflecopter I said I followed by email and forgot to put my email!! GAH!!
Weirdest thing was when we were kids we were a mixed family and we would come down christmas morning as the 7 dwarfs. We all dressed the part. Weird I know but we made a poster and now that we are all grown my mom hangs up the poster with our names on it every christmas.
Thanks for the giveaway!!
The weirdest thing I once saw was when my friend baked santa shaped cookies for her little sister and gave her one, but her sister wouldn’t eat it because she said that would be like killing santa…
It was hard to wrap our minds around. Thanks for the giveaway!!
It’s become a tradition that my kids get a box of cereal from Santa every year. My sister thinks it’s odd but my kids love to get their very own fav cereal just for themselves
There are pretty interest Pez dispensers. I’ve seen a few that just made me think “What could have possibly made them think that that is appropriate/relevant to anything?” haha.
Well I bought my sister in-law a chocolate lump of coal and my hubby a pooping penguin! Really who wants to eat penguin poop! Thank you for the giveaway!
Strangest holiday tradition for me is probably when my family says the ENTIRE rosary before Christmas dinner. Its pretty annoying for me because the food is right there, but I can’t eat it until 30 mins. to an hour later…
