Welcome to the TBR Intervention Challenge!
1.) Guess what? I finished The Adoration of Jenna Fox. I finished on Tuesday! Boo. Yah. I don’t have a review up yet, and when I do review it, it’ll most likely be a shorter Flashbulb Review, but I really enjoyed it. It was an excellent book. Deep and very introspective, it explores the search for identity, the nature of grief and the question of what it really means to be human. Mary E. Pearson’s writing style is gorgeous and almost poetic as she takes the reader on Jenna’s journey. Great book. If you haven’t read it, you should. Plus, the cover just rocks. 😉
2.) If I get a book read this next week, it needs to be a book I got for review — Michelle Warren’s Wander Dust. I’ve been anticipating this book since the summer and have been dying to read it, and now that I’ve gotten it for review I have the perfect excuse to read it I also would like to finish Cinder by Marissa Meyer this coming week and I also have been trying to finish Eve by Anna Carey on audiobook for the last month. IF I manage to get the three of these done, I may try to get another book read, such as Juliet Immortal by Stacey Jay, which has been on my shelf since August.
So what are reading this week?
