“Waiting On” Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Breaking the Spine.
My pick for this week is:
Hollowmen
by Amanda Hocking
Expected Publication November 2011
After six months in the quarantine, Remy finds out things are much worse than she feared. Her plans to escape come with a heavy cost, and she realizes that zombies aren’t the worst of her problems.
So… I’m not much of one for zombies, but something about Hollowland, the first book, really grabbed me. I really loved Remy, the strong heroine of this story and her all-consuming mission to rescue her little brother. I also loved the relationship that developed between her and Lazlo. The first book ended with just a bit of a cliffhanger, so I’m really anxious to find out what happens to Remy, Lazlo and all the people they care about.
So what are you looking forward to this week?
Hollow Men sounds fantastic! Excellent pick =)

Wow. I’ve heard of Amanda Hocking, but never got to read anything of hers. I need to find a way.
